Software Startup Seeks Talented Django Web Developer

Company: We are a privately owned and rapidly growing company in the business of developing sync software and services solutions for computers, mobile devices and the web. The company boasts an A-level customer list, including, HP, AT&T, Motorola, Nokia, Kingston, and others. The company also sells it's products on the web and in retailer stores globally. We are seeking a highly talented front/back-end web developer with expert knowledge and experience with the Django web framework. Specifically, we need someone to be able to continue the development of our custom built Django based Content Management System and build html templates. We are accepting applications for immediate on-site work, 20-40 hr/week contract. ** This is an on-site position only. We are not accepting applications from agencies. Please submit examples of your work to be considered. ** Duties: - Continue the development effort of our customized Django based Content Management System that allows for a flexible and expandable infrastructure - Code new standards compliant html/css templates - Work closely with the Web development team in implementing programmatic changes to the company’s various Web properties – including developing new pages and maintaining existing ones Requirements: - Must be able to work on-site 3-4 days week (our office is in the financial district) and be available by phone, Skype, and email when not in the office. - Expert knowledge with the following Web languages: (x)HTML, CSS, Python, PHP - Fundamental understanding of the web development process including front-end/back-end components - Able to work in a collaborative environment with all team members (project owners, contractors, etc.)
